摘要
【目的】建立HPLC-DAD测定益母草颗粒中盐酸水苏碱含量的方法,为益母草颗粒中盐酸水苏碱含量测定开发新的方法.【方法】采用Waters X Bridge HILIC色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),以乙腈-水(80∶20)为流动相,流速为1 mL/min.【结果】盐酸水苏碱质量浓度在0.49875~9.9975μg范围内具有良好的线性关系(r=0.99997),精密度、稳定性、重复性良好,平均加样回收率为109.89%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.03%.5批益母草颗粒中盐酸水苏碱的含量为5.09~5.11 mg/g.【结论】采用HPLC-DAD法测定盐酸水苏碱含量操作简便、结果准确,可作为益母草颗粒中盐酸水苏碱的含量测定方法.
【Objective】To establish the methods for determining the content of stachydrine hydrochloride in Leonurus japonicus granule by HPLC-DAD.【Method】The Waters X Bridge HILIC chromatography column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)was used to determine the content of the hydrochloric acid with acetonitrile water(80∶20)as the mobile phase at 1 mL/min of flow rate.【Result】The mass concentration of stachyline hydrochloride performed a good linear relationship(r=0.99997)in the range from 0.49875 to 9.9975μg with high precision,stability and repeatability.The average recovery rate of the hydrochloric acid was 109.89%and RSD was 1.03%.The content of stachysite hydrochloride in 5 batches of granules ranged from 5.09 to 5.11 mg/g.【Conclusion】HPLC-DAD is a simple and accurate method for the determination of stachydrine hydrochloride in Leonurus japonicus granules.
