摘要 【目的】研究不同黏度基础油对二烷基二硫代磷酸锌(ZDDP)和二硫代氨基甲酸钼(MoDTC)及其复配体系抗磨性的影响.【方法】将不同比例的ZDDP、MoDTC、ZDDP与MoDTC复配剂分别加入不同黏度的基础油中,采用四球机测试试样的磨斑直径,并通过正交试验进行对比.【结果】ZDDP加量一定时,磨斑直径随着基础油黏度增大总体减小,抗磨性提高,ZDDP在150BS中的抗磨性较500N下降不明显;同一黏度基础油抗磨性随ZDDP加量增大变化不明显.MoDTC加量一定时,抗磨性随黏度增加变化规律不明显;250N、500N、500N与150BS混合油的抗磨性中随着MoDTC加量增大而提高,在150N和150BS中,基础油抗磨性变化不规律.不同基础油的磨斑直径在ZDDP与MoDTC不同比例复配时差别不大.MoDTC、ZDDP和基础油3种因素的变化对磨斑直径的影响较小,MoDTC与ZDDP共同存在时对于基础油抗磨性影响的区分性不大.【结论】MoDTC与ZDDP复配使用在不同黏度基础油中具有较单剂更优的抗磨性,不同基础油黏度对其抗磨性影响不大. 【Objective】To study the effects of base oils with different viscosities on the wear resistance of zinc dialkyl dithiophosphate(ZDDP)and molybdenum dithiocarbamate(MoDTC)and their mixture.【Method】Different ratios of ZDDP,MoDTC and ZDDP-MoDTC mixture were added to base oils with different viscosities to test the wear spot diameter of the samples with four-ball machine and compare the results through orthogonal experiment.【Result】When the certain amount of ZDDP was added,the wear spot diameter decreases along with the increase of base oil viscosity,and the wear resistance was increased.The wear resistance of ZDDP in 150BS did not decrease significantly compared to 500N;The wear resistance of the same viscosity base oil did not change significantly with the increase of the amount of ZDDP.When a certain amount MoDTC was added,the abrasion resistance did not change obviously with the increase of viscosity;The wear resistance of 250N,500N,500N and 150BS mixed oil increased with the increase of MoDTC addition proportion.In 150N and 150BS,the wear resistance of the base oil changed irregularly.The wear spot diameter of different base oils was not significantly different when ZDDP and MoDTC were mixed in different proportions.Orthogonal experiments showed that changes of MoDTC,ZDDP and base oil had a small effect on the diameter of wear spot.When MoDTC and ZDDP coexisted,the difference of the wear resistance of base oil was not remarkable.【Conclusion】The combination of MoDTC and ZDDP performe better wear resistance than single agent in different viscosity base oils,and the viscosity of base oil show little effect on its wear resistance.
