队列研究在中医冠心病临床研究中的应用现状

Current State of the Application of Cohort Study to Clinical Study of TCM Coronary Heart Disease

按照不同的队列研究方法(前瞻性队列研究、回顾性队列研究、双向队列研究)对队列研究在中医冠心病方面的应用文献进行分类整理,总结归纳队列研究在中医药对冠心病终点事件的评价、疗效评价、不良反应评价、证候规律研究、病因研究的应用现状,以期为今后开展高质量的队列研究提供依据。

Through sorting and arranging the literature on the application of cohort study to TCM coronary heart disease(CHD)according to different methods of cohort study(prospective cohort study,retrospective cohort study and bi-directional cohort study),the application of cohort study to the assessment of CHD endpoint event;clinical effect evaluation,adverse reaction assessement,the study on the law of syndrome,eiological study were summarized and concluded in the wish of providing the reference for further launching high quality cohort study.
