高职扩招百万形势下加强学生思想政治教育的思考

The Thinking of Strengthening Higher Vocational Students'Ideological and Political Education under the Situation of Expanding Enrollment by One Million

应我国经济高质量发展的要求,2019年高职扩招百万,既有利缓解就业压力,也是解决高技能人才短缺的战略之举。但是,与招收的应届毕业生相比,有些非应届毕业生多数来自农村和城市低收入家庭,部分学生存在严重的思想和心理问题。更新教学内容,紧扣扩招生特点开展思想政治教育,提升教师素质,整合思政资源,加强学生管理,探索思想政治教育方法和模式,提高思想政治教育实效已刻不容缓。

In response to the requirements of the high quality development of China's economy,vocational college enrollment expansion is about one million in 2019.It is not only good for alleviating the pressure of employment,but also a strategic move to solve the shortage of people with high skills.However,compared with the fresh graduates,there are still some non-fresh graduates from rural place and urban low-income families.Some of these students have serious ideological and psychological problems.It is urgent to update teaching content,carry out ideological and political education in accordance with the characteristics of the students of expanding enrollment,promote the quality of teachers,integrate ideological and political resources,strengthen the management of students,explore methods and models of ideological and political education,and improve the actual effect of ideological and political education.
