智慧新沂时空信息云平台转型升级探讨

Discussion on the transformation and upgrade of smart Xinyi space-time information cloud platform

随着互联网、云计算等技术的发展,智慧城市作为城市信息化管理的重要平台显得愈加重要。文章以江苏省徐州新沂市为例,探讨智慧新沂时空信息云平台的建设经验与案例,将智慧新沂的时空基础设施与已有数字新沂地理空间框架相比,智慧新沂时空信息云平台在时空基准、时空大数据、时空信息云平台、运行环境、示范应用等5方面有明显提升,能提供时空维度的分析与应用,同时协调和关联各个政府部门时空信息的产生、流向、管理、应用的技术体系和数据保障,全面服务于政府部门的管理决策,方便广大公众享受更为智能、便捷的生活服务。

With the development of internet,cloud computing and other technologies,smart cities are becoming more and more important as an important platform for urban information management.This article takes the county-level city of Xinyi as an example to discuss the construction experience and cases of the intelligent Xinyi space-time information cloud platform.As a spatio-temporal infrastructure of wisdom Xinyi,compared with the existing digital Xinyi geospatial framework,Xinyi smart spatio-temporal information cloud platform has improved significantly in five aspects:spatiotemporal benchmark,spatio-temporal big data,spatio-temporal information cloud platform,operating environment,and demonstration applications.And it can provide the analysis and application of space-time dimensions.At the same time,it can coordinate and correlate the technical system and data protection of the generation,the flow,the management,and the application of space-time information of various government departments,and fully serve the management decision-making of government departments,so that the general public can enjoy more intelligent and convenient life service.
