RFID技术在高校图书馆中的应用与分析

Application and analysis of RFID technology in university libraries

随着信息技术的不断发展,RFID技术逐渐走进人们的生活,广泛应用于生活的各个方面。RFID技术在图书馆中的应用经历了前期探索、标准制定以及现在的推广使用3个阶段。由于RFID技术相对于传统的图书管理技术成本较高,目前大部分高校图书馆仍然使用“磁条+条形码”方式对图书进行管理,只有少数高校图书馆使用RFID技术对图书进行管理。RFID技术的应用极大地提升了读者的满意度,使图书馆的管理趋向于智能化和人性化。文章介绍了图书管理系统的基本组成及应用,指出了RFID技术在高校图书馆应用中的优缺点。

With the continuous development of information technology,RFID technology has gradually entered people’s lives,which is widely used in all aspects of life.The application of RFID technology in the library has gone through the early stages of exploration,standard formulation,and the current stage of promotion and use.Because of the high cost of RFID technology compared with traditional book management technology,most college libraries still use the“magnetic stripe+bar code”method to manage books and only a few college libraries use RFID technology to manage books.The introduction of RFID technology has greatly improved the satisfaction of readers,and the management of the library has tended to be intelligent and humanized.This article introduces the basic composition and application of the library management system,and points out the advantages and disadvantages of the application of RFID technology in college libraries.
