Research on innovative design and construction technology of tool-type cantilever scaffold for high-rise building

文章以泰兴市碧桂园住宅建筑群项目为依托,开发应用了高层建筑工具式悬挑脚手架。文章介绍了工具式悬挑脚手架创新设计、施工流程、构件制作和现场安装相关内容,实践证明工具式悬挑脚手架结构节约工期、节约材料,降低成本,获得了良好的经济效益和社会效益。

Based on the project of Biguiyuan residential building complex in Taixing City,the tool-type cantilever scaffold of high-rise building is developed and applied.This paper introduces the innovative design,construction process,component manufacture and field installation of the tool-type cantilever scaffold.The practice proves that the structure of the tool type cantilever scaffold can save the construction period,materials and cost,and obtain good economic and social benefits.
