Evolution of idea of building a community of shared future for mankind and its implied thoughts of international law

“构建人类命运共同体”是当今时代的重大命题,是我国重要的外交方略。其理论演进大体经历了萌芽、发展和形成三个阶段,并将继续深入和完善。构建人类命运共同体理念蕴含着丰富的国际法思想:全球共治的国际法思想、“共商共建共享”与“互利共赢”的国际法思想、“和”理念中和平安全的国际法思想、包容互鉴的国际法思想、可持续发展下建设清洁美丽世界的国际法思想,以及以人民为根本的人权国际法思想。

The idea of building a community of shared future for mankind is a major proposition of the present era and an important diplomatic strategy of our country,which has generally gone through three stages of germination,development and formation,and will continue to deepen.Since the formation of this concept,there has been a wealth of international law practice,which may be shown as the following:the thought of international law on global co-governance,the thought of international law on“joint consultation,joint construction and sharing”and“mutual benefit and win-win”,the thought of international law on peace and security in the elements of“harmony”,the thought of international law on inclusiveness and mutual learning,the thought of international law on clean and beautiful world under Sustainable Development and the thought of international law on human rights which regards the people as the fundamental aspect.
