摘要
大型溞Daphnia magna作为重金属污染监测的重要受试生物,在重金属的单一和联合毒性试验研究中已得到广泛应用,本文综述了水环境中重金属积累途径,以及重金属对大型溞生态毒理学研究中的主要成果、应用现状及最新研究进展,并针对重金属的毒性作用机理、生物配体模型、毒性试验设计与应用等进行了讨论和展望,旨在为研究应用大型溞进行水域重金属的污染监测及其生态风险防控提供参考。
Water fleas Daphnia magna as an important test organism for heavy metals pollution monitoring has been widely used in the ecotoxicological studies of single metal and joint toxicity of heavy metals.This paper introduces accumulation pathways of heavy metals in water environment,summarized the application status,main achievements and the newest progress of heavy metals in the ecotoxicological studies of water fleas D.magna in recent decades.The current toxic mechanisms,Biotic Ligand Model(BLM),toxicity experiments design and applications,and the aspects needing to be strengthened in the future are also prospected to provide a reference for monitoring heavy metal pollution,ecological risk prevention and control in freshwater by D.magna.
