摘要
宋朝时期,为更好地开展地方各类公务活动,宴饮设置必不可少。地方明目繁多的招待宴在保证国家各项事务顺利进行的同时,也导致奢费滋生、财政负担过重、腐化风气盛行等诸多弊端。为了抑制过度饮宴,国家出台相应措施予以整治,虽取得一定成效,但是并不明显。地方公务宴之开设,一方面受地方所在地理位置等地域因素的影响,另一方面又与当时政治及社会风气息息相关。此外,官员自身修为与素养也会影响地方公务宴之开设状况。
The banquet was essential in order to more efficiently carry out local official activities in the Song Dynasty.A variety of local receptions ensured the smooth progress of various national affairs,but also result in some problems,included the breeding of extravagant expenses,the heavy national financial burden,corruption prevailing and many other drawbacks.The government token some measures to solve these problems,but not obvious.Local official banquet was affected by the geographical location and other regional factors,closely related to the political and social atmosphere,the accomplishment of officials.
