Characteristics and Prevention Countermeasures of Traffic Accidents in Shenzhen

为了进一步提升交通事故预防的针对性和科学性,统计分析了深圳市道路交通事故的时空特征、类型特征、肇事人员、车辆特征和事故原因特征等,表明深圳市各区的道路交通事故与社会经济具有稳定关联性;白天时段致死率高于夜间,事故后果相对严重;车辆间事故数量和死亡人数最多;事故主要出现在一般城市道路的机动车道;事故肇事主要为外来人员;私用车辆肇事数量最高;机动车交通安全违法是事故发生的主要原因等;在此基础上,提出了完善道路交通安全社会治理体系、提升市域道路交通安全文明建设、加大慢行交通基础设施建设、注重车辆和驾驶人源头管理、遵循事故规律加大交通安全执法等预防对策。

In order to further improve the pertinence and scientific of traffic accident prevention,the characteristics are analyzed by using the statistical analysis method,including the temporal and spatial characteristics,type characteristics,accident personnel and vehicle characteristics of traffic accidents,it shows that the road traffic accidents in all districts of Shenzhen have a stable correlation with social economy,the death rate in daytime is higher than that at night,and the accident consequence ratio is relatively serious;the number of accidents and deaths among vehicles is the largest;The accident mainly occurs in the motorway of the general urban road;the main personnel involved in the accident are floating population;the number of private vehicles involved in the accident is the highest;the illegal traffic safety of motor vehicles is the main cause of the accident;on this basis,it puts forward some prevention countermeasures,such as improving the social governance system of road traffic safety,promoting the construction of traffic safety civilization in the city,increasing the construction of road infrastructure,paying attention to the source management of vehicles and drivers,following the accident law and increasing the traffic safety law enforcement.
