基于知识图谱的涉众型经济犯罪知识建模与情报分析

Knowledge Modeling and Intelligence Analysis of Economic Crime Involving Mass Stakeholders Based on Knowledge Graph

涉众型经济犯罪严重危害市场经济秩序和国家经济金融安全。为了提升打击涉众型经济犯罪效能,提出基于知识图谱的涉众型经济犯罪知识建模方法。研究以某地地下钱庄案件数据为样本,从社会网络分析和资金交易分析两个维度进行深度挖掘,针对活跃程度、重要程度、中心地位、资金流向和交易模式展开实证分析。结果表明,知识图谱能够分析出目标对象的社交网络图谱关系,并展示目标对象不同的社会渠道的核心关系圈,挖掘隐性资金交易,并且分析结果可视化,从而为打击犯罪提供决策支持。

Economic crimes involving mass stakeholders seriously endanger market economic order and national economic and financial security.In order to improve the effectiveness of combating economic crimes involving mass stakeholders,a knowledge modeling method for economic crimes involving mass stakeholder based on knowledge map is proposed.The research uses the data of an underground bank case as a sample,and conducts in-depth mining from two dimensions of social network analysis and capital transaction analysis.The empirical analysis based on activity,importance,centrality,capital flows and trading patterns was launched.The results show that the knowledge map can analyze the social network map of the target,to present the core relationship circle of the target object's social channels,to mine recessive capital transactions,and visualize the analysis results,thereby providing decision support for fighting crime.
