摘要
在汇总国内五年(2015—2019)核心期刊论文和学位论文的基础上,采用系统回顾和元分析探讨我国中学英语教师专业发展现状、主要原因及对策。研究结果表明教师身份认同度高,但知识结构单一、能力结构失衡,主要因为自主发展意识不强及培训机制不健全等。
Based on domestic core journal articles and academic theses of five years(2015—2019),this paper adopted systematic review and meta-analysis method to analyze the status of the professional development of EFL secondary teachers in China,main causes and countermeasures.The research results revealed that teachers have a high level of teacher identity,but the knowledge structure is single and the structure of professional competences is unbalanced.That may be due to their weak awareness of autonomous development and unsound training mechanism.
