摘要
ARCS动机激励理论具有推动、维持学习者学习活动的功能,SYB创业培训模式具有适合培养大学生创业能力的特性,运用ARCS动机激励理论,有助于更好地促进大学生创业能力的培养。民族院校SYB模式实施中,存在注意度、相关性、自信力和满足感的激励不足问题,制约了少数民族大学生创业能力培养。为此,要切实强化注意度、相关性、自信力和满足感的动机激励,以推进民族院校少数民族大学生创业教育有效开展。
ARCS motivation has the function of promoting and sustaining learners’ learning activities. SYB entrepreneurship training model is suitable for cultivating college students’ entrepreneurship.The application of ARCS motivation can help to better promote the cultivation of college students’ entrepreneurial ability. In the implementation of SYB model in minzu colleges, there are insufficient incentives for attention, relevance, confidence and satisfaction, which restrict the cultivation of entrepreneurial ability of minority college students. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the motivation of attention, relevance,confidence and satisfaction, and promote the effective development of entrepreneurship education among minority college students.
