摘要 受疫情影响,传统服装企业受到巨大冲击,同时也加快了服装行业的数字化转型。服装企业的数字化转型不仅仅是简单的效率提升,而是一项长期的企业战略,只有借助于数字化才能适应服装行业的C2B转型趋势。C2B转型需要系统化的设计,采用参数化的CAD系统能够更好地适应定制化生产,并且需要与其他各类系统打通数据,实现全流程数字化。伴随着模式和技术的变革,企业的组织管理也需要做出相应地改变。服装行业的C2B转型是一个长期的过程,与数字化技术的发展息息相关。 affected by the epidemic situation,the traditional clothing enterprises have been greatly impacted,and at the same time,the digital transformation of the clothing industry has been accelerated.The digital transformation of clothing enterprises is not only a simple efficiency improvement,but also a long-term enterprise strategy.Only with the help of digital can it adapt to the C2 B transformation trend of clothing industry.C2 B transformation needs systematic design,the use of parametric CAD system can better adapt to customized production,and need to get through data with other systems to achieve the whole process of digitalization.With the change of mode and technology,the organizational management of enterprises also needs to make corresponding changes.C2 B transformation of clothing industry is a long-term process,which is closely related to the development of digital technology.
