基于SLAF-seq技术的山西省地方梨品种的SNP分析

SNP Analysis of Local Pear Germplasm Resources in Shanxi Province Based on SLAF-seq Technology

利用简化基因组测序技术SLAF-seq测序对30个山西省地方梨品种群体结构与亲缘关系进行分析,旨在为梨育种及其资源利用提供参考。通过序列分析,获得603177个SLAF标签,其中多态性的SLAF标签302703个,共得到2140079个群体SNP。利用这些SNP标签分析可得30个梨品种可以分为两大类。通过构建进化树发现,‘金梨’与‘大黄梨’虽田间性状比较相似,但在进化树上显示两者亲缘关系较远,可以断定二者为不同梨品种。

The population structure and phylogenetic relationships among 30 local pear varieties in Shanxi province were analyzed by using specific-locus amplified fragment sequencing(SLAF-seq),which will provide reference for pear breeding and utilization.Based on bioinformatics analysis,603177 SLAFs including 302703 polymorphic SLAFs were obtained.A total of 2140079 single nucleotide polymorphisms(SNPs)was obtained by sequence analysis.Thirty pear varieties analyzed by SNP dataset could be divided into two categories.Although the characters of‘Jinli’and‘Dahuangli’pear were similar in the field,but they were far from each other in the phylogenetic tree,so it belonged to different pear varieties.
