QC Group Activity-Raise the Pass Rate of Finished Tobacco Leaves by the Paper-making Method

本研究通过对影响造纸法再造烟叶成品出柜合格率的原因进行分析,确定影响造纸法再造烟叶成品出柜合格率症结为出柜水分合格率,进而对症结“出柜水分合格率”进行要因分析,确定要因为环境湿度变化。通过烘片后水分与进柜水分仪连锁控制,实现成品出柜合格率94.58%,较改造前提升8.98%。

In this study,by analyzing the reasons that affect the qualified rate of the finished paper-made remanufactured tobacco leaves,we determined that the crux of the qualified rate of the finished paper-made remanufactured tobacco leaves was the out-of-box moisture qualified rate,and then the main reason for the crux of the“out-of-box moisture qualified rate”The analysis determined that it was due to changes in environmental humidity.Through the interlocking control of the moisture after baking and the moisture meter in the cabinet,the qualified rate of finished products out of the cabinet is 94.58%,which is 8.98% higher than that before the transformation.
