不同加工工艺对造纸法再造烟叶滤嘴棒的性能测试研究

Study on Different Processing Techniques Test of Tobacco Filter Rod by Reconstructed Tobacco by Paper-making Method

本文研究了造纸法工艺生产的再造烟叶制备滤嘴棒的效果,同时对不同加工工艺对造纸法再造烟叶的性能测试研究。结果表明:切丝工艺加工的纸质滤嘴棒在外观结构方面具备更优的体现效果,而在烟气过滤方面则压纹工艺更具截留及过滤效果。从物理结构选择,建议采用切丝工艺作为加工工艺。从烟气过滤及截留效果选择,建议采用压纹工艺。

In this paper,the effect of the filter rods prepared by the reconstructed tobacco by paper-making method is studied.At the same time,Different processing techniques test of tobacco filter rod by reconstructed tobacco by paper-making method is studied.The results show that the paper filter rod processed by the shredding process has a better embodiment in terms of appearance and structure,while in the flue gas filtration,the embossing process has more retention and filtering effects.From the choice of physical structure,it is recommended to use the wire cutting process as the processing process.From the selection of flue gas filtration and retention effect,it is recommended to use the embossing process.
