Application Research of Electric Welding Spark Collector in Repair of Tobacco Reconstruction Equipment

造纸法再造烟叶生产过程对于明火管控极其严格。本研究通过设计焊接火花收集器,实现高空横、竖向管道焊接火花全收集,有效规避了现有焊接火花收集装置因不能完全收集散落火花而不适用于高处焊接作业的问题。

The papermaking process for the production of recycled tobacco leaves is extremely strict with open flame control.In this study,we designed a welding spark collector to realize the full collection of welding sparks in high-altitude horizontal and vertical pipelines,which effectively circumvented the existing welding spark collection device.It was not suitable for high-altitude welding operations because it could not collect scattered sparks completely.
