介绍了在山西省区域性股权交易市场挂牌的科技型企业的区域分布、技术领域、营业收入、拥有的知识产权等情况,阐述了科技型企业在区域性股权交易市场挂牌的益处,分析了山西省科技型企业在区域性股权交易市场挂牌中存在的问题,提出了促进山西科技型企业在区域性股权交易市场挂牌的相关建议。
This paper introduces the regional distribution,technical field,business income and intellectual property rights of the sci-tech type enterprises listed in the regional equity trading market of Shanxi Province,expounds the listed benefits of sci-tech type enterprises in the regional equity trading market,analyzes the problems existing in the listing of sci-tech type enterprises in the regional equity trading market in Shanxi Province,puts forward some suggestions to promote the listing of Shanxi’sci-tech type enterprises in the regional equity trading market.
