ICP-OES法测定硼铁中的硼

摘要 为了改善硼铁中硼元素的测定方法,优化操作过程,研发了电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱(ICP-OES)分析方法。在盐酸、硝酸、氢氟酸介质中用微波消解前处理硼铁试料,试液定容后,选择249.677 nm波长作为分析线,先用ICP-OES测量硼的发射光谱强度,再由工作曲线计算硼的质量分数。用ICP-OES分析方法测定硼铁标准样品,测定结果符合GB/T3653.1—1988标准要求,对同一标准样品连续测定12次,得到相对标准偏差为0.74%。本方法适用于硼铁中8%~25%硼含量的测定。 In order to improve the determination method of boron in boron iron,optimize the operation process,ICPOES analysis method is developed.In the medium of hydrochloric acid,nitric acid and hydrofluoric acid,the test material of boric iron was treated by microwave digestion.After constant volume of the test solution,the 249.677 nm wavelength was selected as the analysis line and the emission spectral intensity of boron was measured by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectroscopy(ICP-OES).The standard samples of boron iron are determined,and the determination results are in accordance with the requirements of GB/T 3653.1—1988 standard.For the same standard sample,the relative standard deviation was 0.74%after 12 consecutive measurements.The method is suitable for the determination of 8%~25%boron content in boron iron.
