摘要 随着经济的发展、技术的创新、竞争的加剧以及工作任务的复杂多变,中德两国的工作环境发生了根本性的变化。竞争日益激烈的环境使中国和德国企业的员工都存在着不同程度的压力和职业倦怠,这就要求企业针对不同的原因找到适当的预防措施。基于压力和职业倦怠理论,从原因及应对措施方面分析中国和德国科技型企业员工的不同压力和倦怠情况,为中国企业特别是发展迅速的科技型企业员工降低压力,控制职业倦怠,提高工作效率提供帮助。 With the development of economy,innovation of technology,intensification of competition and complexity and change of work tasks,the working environment of China and Germany has undergone fundamental changes.The increasingly competitive environment makes employees in both Chinese and German enterprises suffer from varying degrees of stress and job burnout,which requires enterprises to find appropriate preventive measures for different reasons.Based on the theory of stress and job burnou,this paper analyzes the different stress and job burnout situations of sci-tech enterprises employees in Chinese and German from the perspectives of causes and countermeasures,so as to provide help for Chinese enterprises,especially those in rapidly developing sci-tech enterprises,to reduce stress,control job burnout and improve work efficiency.
