摘要
战略规划是企业战略管理的重要组成部分,制定与企业发展高度契合的战略规划,可为企业提供行动纲领,引导企业实现可持续发展。在论述战略规划在企业发展中的重要性基础上,归纳总结了目前企业制定战略规划存在的主要问题,提出了相应的解决措施。
Strategic development planning is an important part of corporate strategic management.Formulating a strategic plan that is highly consistent with the development of the enterprise can provide an action plan for the enterprise and guide it to achieve sustainable development.On the basis of discussing the importance of strategic planning in the development of an enterprise,this paper summarized the main problems in the current enterprises strategic planning of making process and puts forward corresponding solutions.
