On the Role of Science and Technology in Targeted Poverty Alleviation:A Case Study on Poverty Alleviation by Science and Technology in Village Task Force of Liaoning Institute of Pomology

科技帮扶和产业脱贫是精准扶贫的重要工作思路。以辽宁省果树科学研究所驻村工作队扶贫实践为例,介绍了科技扶贫和产业扶贫在贫困地区的做法和经验,剖析了贫困地区致贫因素,并就推动产业扶贫在贫困地区的发展进行了思考。

Scientific and technological assistance and industrial poverty alleviation are important work ideas for targeted poverty alleviation.Taking the poverty alleviation practice of the village task force of Liaoning Institute of Pomology as an example,this paper introduces the practice and experience of poverty alleviation by science and technology and industry in poor areas,analyzes the factors causing poverty in poor areas,and makes thought about the development of promoting industrial poverty alleviation in poor areas.
