摘要
为解决升富矿主斜井垂直冻结凿井问题,通过理论计算、类似工况论证及实测方法,进行了参数及方案设计。结果表明:主斜井明、暗挖段在凿井中冻结温度、冻结壁厚度均达到设计要求,冻结提前12天完成,且冻结过程无渗漏水,井筒收敛变形符合规范要求,冻结参数及方案合理可行。
In order to solve the problem of vertical freezing sinking in the main inclined shaft of Shengfu Mine,the parameters and scheme are designed through theoretical calculation,demonstration of similar working conditions and actual measurement methods.The results show that the freezing temperature and the thickness of the frozen wall in the open and hidden sections of the main inclined shaft meet the design requirements,the freezing is completed 12 days in advance,and there is no leakage during the freezing process,the convergent deformation of the inclined shaft meets the standard requirements,and the freezing parameters and scheme are reasonable and feasible.
