摘要
目的:分析非特殊型浸润性乳腺癌的超声及钼靶特征与分子分型之间的关系。方法:选取医院收治的70例术后病理诊断为非特殊型浸润性乳腺癌的患者资料,所有患者术前均经超声和钼靶检查,术后均行免疫分型,分析不同分子分型非特殊型浸润性乳腺癌的超声及钼靶特征。结果:不同分子分型的非特殊型浸润性乳腺癌的超声征象中肿块形态、边缘、内部回声及微钙化差异有统计学意义(x^2=12.7676,x^2=10.1921,x^2=10.2325,x^2=13.3137;P<0.05),肿块方向、后方回声及血流分级差异无统计学意义;钼靶特征中肿块形态、边缘、密度、微钙化及钙化分布差异均有统计学意义(x^2=12.7954,x^2=10.3532,x^2=11.5898,x^2=13.1892,x^2=9.6913;P<0.05)。结论:不同分子分型的非特殊型浸润性乳腺癌的超声和钼靶均有特征性表现,两种检查方法均有助于提高不同分子分型乳腺癌的诊断正确率,并对选择个体化治疗方案具有重要意义。
Objective:To analyze the relationship between ultrasound and molybdenum target characteristics,and different molecular types of non-specific invasive breast cancer.Methods:The data of 70 patients who were diagnosed as non-special type of invasive breast cancer by postoperative pathological examination were selected.All the patients underwent preoperative ultrasound and molybdenum target examination,and underwent postoperative immune typing.And then the ultrasound and molybdenum target characteristics of non-special type of invasive breast cancer with different molecular types were further analyzed.Results:In the ultrasonic signs of non-specific invasive breast cancer with different molecular types,there were statistically significant differences in shape,edge,internal echo and microcalcification of lump(x^2=12.7676,x^2=10.1921,x^2=10.2325,x^2=13.3137,P<0.05).And there were no statistically significant differences in direction,back echo and blood flow grading of lump.In the molybdenum target characteristics,there were statistically significant differences in shape,edge,density,microcalcification and calcification distribution of lump(x^2=12.7954,x^2=10.3532,x^2=11.5898,x^2=13.1892,x^2=9.6913,P<0.05).Conclusion:Both ultrasound and molybdenum target of non-specific invasive breast cancer with different molecular typing have characteristic manifestations.And both of them can contribute to increase diagnostic accuracy for breast cancer with different molecular typing.And it has important significance in choosing the scheme of individualized treatment.
