摘要 目的:探讨血液透析机优化维护策略,确保设备安全稳定运行。方法:选取医院在用的85台AK96型血液透析机,在其维护和维修技术报告中加入特征值选项,记录并提取设备恢复(DR)和安全验证(SV)以及设备维修报告特征值,获取设备真实使用情况,与风险概念相结合制定维护策略。结果:通过优化维护策略,将传统的基于时间的维护方式转变为基于真实使用情况的维护方式,优化后的维护策略能将原来每年每台AK96型血液透析机保养时间从总计5 h缩短为2~3 h,并大幅减少因维护不足造成的多发故障。结论:血液透析机优化维护策略的实施,在确保设备安全稳定运行的前提下,可缩短保养时间,节约维护时间和人力资源,并可在一定程度上节约开支。 Objective:To explore the optimal maintenance strategy of hemodialysis machine and ensure the safe and stable operation of this equipment.Methods:85 used AK96 hemodialysis machines of hospital were selected,and the option of eigenvalue was added to the technical report of maintenance and repair,and the eigenvalues of device restoration(DR),safety verification(SV)and equipment maintenance report were recorded and extracted.And then the real use situation of equipment was obtained,and it was combined with risk concept to formulate maintenance strategy.Results:The optimized maintenance strategy could shorten the annual maintenance time of each AK96 hemodialysis machine from 5 h to 2-3 h,and it could greatly reduce the multiple failures caused by insufficient maintenance.Conclusion:The implementation of the optimized maintenance strategy of hemodialysis machine can shorten the maintenance time,and save maintenance time and human resources,and it also can save expenses to a certain extent on the premise of ensuring the safe and stable operation of equipment.
