溶剂回收在病理废液处理中的应用价值

摘要 目的:探讨溶剂回收的环保意义及其在病理废液处理中的应用价值。方法:分别选取溶剂回收仪使用前后的乳腺、胃肠、肺、肝、甲状腺、肾脏、胆囊、子宫、前列腺和胰腺组织10种相同类型标本,每种类型标本各选取10例,将溶剂回收仪使用前分为A组(10例);使用后分为B组(10例),两组总计组织蜡块与病理切片200个(张)。对比溶剂回收仪使用前后两组标本脱水处理评分、苏木精-伊红(HE)染色效果评分、病理废液产生量及支出费用,并进行统计对比,比较两者差异。结果:两组同一类型标本脱水处理评分差异无统计学意义(t=1.45,P>0.05);HE染色效果评分细胞组织结构、细胞质染色和细胞核染色差异无统计学意义(t=1.32,t=1.30,t=1.38;P>0.05);费用支出节省约454140元/年。结论:使用溶剂回收仪对病理废液的再次利用,在标本脱水前处理评分及HE染色效果评分方面均无显著改变,标本处理及制片质量均能达到病理诊断要求,且具有重要的环保意义及经济价值。 Objective:To investigate the significance of environmental protection of the solvent recycler and its application value in the process of pathological waste liquid.Methods:10 specimen types were selected before and after the use of solvent recycler,which included breast,gastrointestinal,lung,liver,thyroid,kidney,gallbladder,uterus,prostate and pancreas,with10 cases in each kinds of specimen.And these before solvent recycler was used were divided into A group(10 cases),and those after solvent recycler was used were divided into B group(10 cases).There were total of 200 pieces(slices)tissue paraffin blocks and pathological sections.The differences of the scores of dehydration treatment,as well as the scores of HE staining effects,pathological waste liquid production and expenditure between before and after using the solvent recycler were compared statistically.Results:The differences of the scores of dehydration treatment of the same type of specimen between two groups were no significant(t=1.45,P>0.05).And the differences of HE staining effect scores included cell tissue structure,cytoplasm staining and nucleus staining between two groups were no statistical significance(t=1.32,t=1.30,t=1.38,P>0.05).After the solvent recycler was used,the cost could be saved around 454,140 CNY annually.Conclusion:The reuse of pathological waste liquid by solvent recycler would not significantly change the effects of pre-dehydration treatment and HE staining.Both specimen processing and production quality could meet the requirements of pathological diagnosis.And it has important environmental protection significance and economic value.
