沈阳市沈水湾污水处理厂提标升级改造工程 被引量:1

摘要 沈阳市沈水湾污水处理厂工程设计总规模为20×10^4 m^3/d。处理工艺采用浮动填料生物膜法,该工艺是在普通推流式曝气池中,加入塑料填料作为生物载体,微生物生长于载体表面形成生物膜,在充氧过程中由于空气搅拌,载体呈悬浮状态。出水可稳定达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB 8978—1996)中的二级标准。在出水水质升级为一级A标准的改造设计中,经过综合考虑,新建深度处理工艺采用“MBBR(AAO布置形式)+深床纤维滤池+紫外线消毒”工艺;更换细格栅;曝气沉砂池增加控制曝气阀门;生化池增加搅拌器、投加填料;澄清池更换刮泥机、增加高压冲洗绿苔设备、及气提改为泵提等。本工程采用全过程除臭工艺,强化系统对TN和TP的去除率,出水水质可以达到预期的效果。 Total engineering capacity of Shenshuiwan WWTP in Shenyang City is 20×10^4 m^3/d.Floating filler biofilm process is adopted in the treatment process.Plastic filler is added as biological carrier in ordinary plug-flow aeration tank.Microorganisms grow on the surface of the carrier to form biofilm.During the aeration process,the carrier is suspended due to air stirring.The effluent can steadily meet the secondary grade criteria of Comprehensive Wastewater Discharge Standard(GB 8978—1996).In the upgrading and reconstruction project,the water quality of effluent should meet the first grade A criteria.After comprehensive consideration,the process of“MBBR(AAO layout)+deep bed fiber filter+ultraviolet disinfection”is adopted in the newly-built advanced treatment process.Fine grille is replaced.Control aeration valve is added in the aeration sediment tank;mixer and filler is added in the biochemical tank.Mud scraper is replaced in the clarifier tank,green moss washing equipment is added,and air lift is replaced by pump.The whole deodorization process is adopted in this project.Strengthening the removal rate of TN and TP by the system,the effluent quality can achieve the desired results.
