摘要
研究南方某污水处理厂提标改造和扩建工程设计,工程新增5万m^3/d的污水生物处理规模,10万m^3/d的深度处理规模,出水达到国家一级A标准。对一期工程存在的问题逐一梳理并采取了针对性的改造设计,改造后运行效果良好;二期工程主体污水处理工艺采用改良式DE氧化沟,与一期工程保持一致,便于管理;全厂深度处理采用回转式过滤器和紫外线消毒渠。设计方案实现了对已建构筑物最大程度的保留利用,大大节约了土地和工程投资,为同类污水处理厂的改扩建设计提供了借鉴,实现了环境效益、社会效益和经济效益的协调统一。
Design scheme of the upgrading and expansion project of wastewater treatment plant(WWTP)in South China is studied.The wastewater biological treatment of 50000 m^3/d,advanced treatment of 100000 m^3/d are added.Problems existing in the first phase of the project are sorted out one by one and targeted transformation design is adopted.After the reconstruction,the WWTP has a good operation effect.The modified DE oxidation ditch is adopted for the biological treatment process of sewage in the second phase of the project,which is consistent with the first phase and convenient for management.The advanced treatment adopts rotary filter and ultraviolet disinfection ditch.The design scheme realizes the maximum reservation and utilization of the existing buildings,which greatly saves the land and investment.The project provides reference for reconstruction and expansion design for similar WWTPs and realizes the coordination and unification of environmental,social and economic benefits.
