摘要
介绍以弹性板框式压滤机为核心的污泥脱水系统应用在大型污水处理厂的工艺流程与设计选型参数。该污泥脱水系统以绝干泥量表征的吨处理费用中,电费为34.09元/t,水费为7.80元/t,药剂费用224元/t。
Technological process and design selection parameters about sludge dewatering system with the core of elastic plate and frame filter press which is applied to the wastewater treatment plant(WTP)are introduced.Among ton treatment costs of sludge dewatering system,which are characterized by absolute dry sludge amount,electricity cost is 34.09 yuan/ton,water cost is 7.80 yuan/ton,and chemical cost is 224 yuan/ton.
