开放大学法学专业承担着培养具有较高法律理论和实践能力的高素质应用型创新人才的重要任务。“发现学习”和“合作学习”理念适应新时期国家对开放大学建设的要求,能够有效改善开放大学法学专业传统教学面貌,提升教师的创新教学能力和学生的创新学习能力。开放大学法学专业应从三个方面强化:学校提高重视程度,提供完善的基础教学条件和制度保障;教师加强相关研究和实践,提高创新教育的理论素养和教学能力;学生提高积极性和主动性,充分发挥特长,在发现和合作中提升自身创新能力。

The law major of Open University undertakes the important task of cultivating high-quality applied innovative talents with high legal theory and practical ability.The concepts of"discovery learning"and"cooperative learning"adapt to the requirements of the country for the construction of open universities in the new period,and can effectively improve the traditional teaching appearance of law majors in open universities,and enhance teachers'innovative teaching ability and students'innovative learning ability.The law major of open university should be strengthened from three aspects:the school should pay more attention to it and provide perfect basic teaching conditions and system guarantee;Teachers strengthen relevant research and practice to improve the theoretical literacy and teaching ability of innovative education;Students improve their enthusiasm and initiative,give full play to their specialties,and enhance their innovative ability in discovery and cooperation.
