解开锁龙村“贫困之锁”

Unlock the “Lock of Poverty” in Suolong Village

喝水难,他穿密林、爬悬崖寻找水源,让村民喝上了自来水;没公路,他四处奔走筹资金、找项目,打通了昔日的断头路;住房差,他拉下老脸挨个"化缘",一栋栋新房拔地而起;产业少,他请来专家搞培训,教大家种出畅销又高产的水果……2015年,巫山县人大常委会专职委员易光文主动请缨,来到巫山县曲尺乡最穷的村子锁龙村担任第一书记、工作队队长,并立下"三年不脱贫,绝不回单位"的军令状。三年后,锁龙村如期脱了贫,易光文却留了下来,他说想和村民们一起迎接全国脱贫攻坚的决战决胜!

When there was no drinking water here,he walked through the jungle and climbed the cliff to find the water source,allowing the villagers drink tap water;When there were no roads here,he rushed around to raise funds and find projects to build roads for the villagers;When he found that the housing of the villagers was poor,he put down his face to request support everywhere,and new houses were built up from the ground;When he found that there were few industries here,he invited experts to train the villagers and teach everyone to grow the best-selling and high-yielding fruit...In 2015,Yi Guangwen,a full-time member of the Standing Committee of the National People’s Congress of Wushan County,volunteered to come to Suolong Village,the poorest village in Quchi Township,Wushan County,as the first secretary and team leader,and make the pledge of"Never return to the unit unless getting out of poverty in three years".Three years later,although Suolong Village got rid of poverty as scheduled,Yi Guangwen stayed.He said that he wanted to join the villagers in welcoming the decisive battle against poverty.
