湖北省“十四五”应急产业发展研究

Research on the Development of“14th Five-Year Plan”Period Emergency Industry in Hubei Province

围绕推动应急管理体系和能力现代化,全面查找湖北省在监测预警、风险防控、安全监管、应急指挥、抢险救援、后勤保障等方面存在的技术装备短板,分析提出湖北省"十四五"时期加快应急装备制造和产业集群发展的主要任务和产业政策。研究结果可为科学建设应急管理体系提供参考。

Focusing on modernizing the emergency management system and capacity and comprehensively screening out the technical equipment shortcomings of Hubei Province,such as risk monitoring and early warning,prevention and control,safety regulation,emergency command,emergency rescue,logistics and so on.It is analyzed and put forward the main tasks and industrial policies to accelerate the development of emergency equipment manufacturing and industrial clusters in Hubei Province during the 14th Five-Year plan period.The reseach results can provide the reference for scientific construction of the emergency management system.
