Safety Production Management Method Based on AHP and Six Sigma

安全生产是保护劳动者的安全、促进生产力发展的基本保证,也是社会主义经济发展的基本前提。为了使有限的资源达到最大的安全生产保证,在基于鱼骨图和层次分析法将企业的安全隐患排序的前提下,运用六西格玛的管理方法,对这些安全隐患进行循环有序的整改。以DFR公司为研究对象,在分析该公司安全生产流程和管理特点的基础上,对比引入前后该公司的安全生产状况,证实六西格玛在安全生产管理方面的可行性。

Safety production is the basic guarantee for protecting the safety of workers,and promoting the development of productivity,as well as the basic premise for the development of socialist economy.In order to achieve the maximum safety production guarantee for limited resources,under the premise of sorting the security risks of enterprises based on fishbone diagram and analytic hierarchy process,the management methods of Six Sigma are used to rectify and reform cyclic and orderly.Taking DFR as the research object,based on the analysis of the company's safety production process and management characteristics,the safety production situation of the company before and after the introduction is compared to prove the feasibility of Six Sigma in the safety production management.
