摘要
随着中东铁路的建成,原本水陆交通发达的哈尔滨在短短二三十年内迅速发展为商业核心城市,在远东地区颇有影响。诸多知名国际公司纷纷入驻哈尔滨,彼此竞争逐利,同时也刺激中国民族工商业发展,使哈尔滨工商业表现为多元的特点。九一八事变后,日本独占哈尔滨,开始寻求垄断、掠夺和独占哈尔滨工商业,加以改造支撑日本继续发动侵略战争。至此,哈尔滨城市发展所体现的“现代城市化”进程被打断,又回到了封闭的状态。
With the building of Middle East Railway,Harbin which had the better land and water transportation had developed rapidly in 20 to 30 years and been a core business city and quite influential in the Far East.Many famous international companies entered Harbin with a view to competition for profit,which,at the same time,encouraged the development of Chinese national industry and commence.Therefore,Harbin’s multicultural character appeared.After Mukden Incident,Japan wanted to occupy Harbin,and monopolize,plunder Harbin’s industry and commerce to maintain the war of aggression.Thus,the process of modern urbanization of Harbin had been broken and the city went back to a closed state.
