Exploration on the Development of Public Employment Service System in the New Era

就业是经济发展的晴雨表、风向标,人才是国家发展的第一资源,做好公共就业服务工作是惠民生、促发展的重要任务,更是地方经济社会发展的重要支撑。通过分析当前辽宁省各级公共就业服务体系建设现状、存在的问题,结合辽宁经社会发展的实际需要,提出了完善公共就业服务体制机制、加强队伍建设、丰富公共就业服务内涵、扩大覆盖范围、打造智慧服务平台的思路和建议。

Employment is the barometer and vane of economic development,and talent is the first resource of national development.To do a good job in public employment service is an important task to benefit people’s livelihood and promote development,and it is also an important support for local economic and social development.Based on the analysis of the current situation and problems of the construction of the public employment service system at all levels in Liaoning Province,combined with the actual needs of the economic and social development in Liaoning Province,this paper puts forward the ideas and suggestions of improving the system and mechanism of the public employment service,strengthening the construction of the team,enriching the connotation of the public employment service,expanding the coverage,and building the intelligent service platform.
