摘要
为传承中华民族的共同“基因”,为幼儿构建适宜的幼儿园生活,建设幼儿园园本课程,运用行动研究法、观察法、访谈法和自然实验法,研究者与实践者合作开展了民间游戏融入幼儿园课程的研究与实践.行动研究的效果主要体现为:显著提升了幼儿的社会技能;在一定程度上改变了幼儿园教师的儿童观与教育观,增强了其研究意识和传统文化课程建设能力;提升了幼儿园管理者的领导力尤其是课程领导力.
In order to inherit the common gene of the Chinese nation,build a suitable kindergarten life for children,and foster kindergarten-based curriculum,using action research method,observation method,interview method and natural experiment method,researchers and practitioners cooperated to carry out the action research of integrating folk games into the kindergarten curriculum.The main results:it has significantly improved children’s social skills;it has changed kindergarten teachers’views on children and education,enhanced their research awareness and the ability of Chinese traditional culture curriculum construction;it has improved the leadership of kindergarten administrators,especially curriculum leadership.
