民族体育蹴球校本课程的开发与实践

摘要 蹴球运动作为全国少数民族运动会的正式比赛项目,因其独特的健身性、娱乐性、休闲性,近年来越来越广泛地被大学生认可和接受.本文从蹴球运动的起源和发展入手,针对蹴球校本课程的课程设置、教学内容、教学方法以及课程体系等方面进行分析,并对在南阳师范学院开设蹴球校本课程进行可行性研究,基于学校校本课程的视角,探讨如何传承优秀民族体育文化,促进民族体育蹴球校本课程的开发. As an official competition item of the national minority games,Cuqiu activity is more and more widely recognized and accepted by college students in recent years because of its unique characteristics of competition,fitness,entertainment and leisure.This paper,starting from the origin and development of Cuqiu activity,analyzes the curriculum,teaching content,teaching methods and curriculum system of the school-based course,Cuqiu activity.Meanwhile,the feasibility study of offering the school-based curriculum in Nanyang Normal University is also carried out.Besides,this paper also discusses how to inherit the excellent national sports culture and promote the development and practice of school-based course Cuqiu activity based on the perspective of school-based curriculum.
