摘要
复合材料的损伤形式与金属材料显著不同,不能简单的将传统的金属材料修补方法直接应用于复合材料的修补。采用不恰当的方法修补方法处理,往往得不到好的修补效果。在生产某型号复合材料筒体时,部分产品端面有分层及局部切斜、碰伤的现象,在使用过程中,有边缘损伤、表面鼓泡等缺陷和损伤。本文通过工艺实验确定了切实可行的修补方案,使经过修补的缠绕筒体损伤部位结构强度和实用性能完全达到设计要求。
Significantly different damage forms and metal composite material.can't simply to repair method directly applied in traditional metal materials composite repair repair methods to deal with inappropriate ways.not good repair effect in the production of a certain type of composite material barrel.the partial products face layer and local cut oblique collision phenomenon.in use process.there are surface defects such as bubble edge damage and damage in this paper.through the process experiment to determine a feasible scheme for repair.make after repair damage to the winding cylinder parts structure strength and practical performance meet the design requirements completely.
