摘要
化工生产属于过程工业的范畴,因此化工类专业教育非常注重化工过程分析、合成、模拟与优化等教学内容。毕业设计是化工类专业最重要的一次综合性实践教学,工艺流程模拟是毕业设计任务中极为重要的一环。本文以丙烷脱氢制丙烯工艺过程设计为例,介绍了Aspen Plus流程模拟软件在化工类专业本科毕业设计中的应用及教学心得体会,以期能够为化工类专业学生顺利完成毕业设计任务和教师指导实践教学提供参考。
Chemical production belongs to the category of process industry.Therefore,theeducation of chemical engineering majors attachesgreat importance to the contents of chemical process analysis,synthesis,simulation and optimization.Graduation design is one of comprehensive practice teaching curriculumsfor chemical engineering majors,and processsimulation is an essential part of the curriculum.Taking the process design of propane dehydrogenation to propylene as a case,this study introduces the application and teaching experience of Aspen Plus process simulator in the graduation design of chemical engineering majors.This would provide references for studentsto successfully complete graduation design tasks and for teachers to guidepractice teaching.
