摘要
通过引入过渡金属催化剂,以乙醇/水混合溶剂取代高沸点溶剂,降低了反应的温度,且避免了强碱的使用,从而一步完成了二苯甲酮的还原,并顺利将其应用于实验教学中。同时,将色谱分析和分离技术融入该实验,有助于学生巩固和强化色谱技术原理和应用。
By introducing transition metal catalyst,the mixed solvent of ethanol and water replaced the high boiling point solvent,thus reducing the reaction temperature.And the strong base was avoided.The reduction of benzophenone was realized in one step,and it was successfully applied in the experiment teaching.At the same time,the chromatographic analysis and separation technology were introduced and it can help students consolidate and strengthen the principle and application of chromatographic technology.
