摘要
本文推荐一个适合大学化学类专业的综合实验——Ca5(PO4)3F:Eu^3+发光材料的合成、结构与荧光性能表征。通过本实验,学生可以掌握无机发光材料的合成,结构和发光性能的表征方法,可以掌握X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)和荧光光谱仪等一些大型仪器的基本原理和基本操作。本实验对于拓展学生视野、培养独立实验能力和创新意识,提高学生科研水平和能力有重要的作用。
This comprehensive experiment is recommended for the synthesis and characterization of Ca 5(PO4)3F:Eu3+luminescent materials,which is suitable for the students of chemistry majors.Through this experiment,students can master the synthesis,structure and the luminescence properties characterization of luminescence materials,and the basic principles and operation of some important instruments such as X-ray diffraction instrument(XRD),scanning electron mirror(SEM)and fluorescent spectrometer.This experiment plays an important role in expanding students'horizons,cultivating independent experimental ability and innovation consciousness,and improving students'scientific research level and abilities.
