上海市某旅游场所地块环境初步调查评估案例

A Case Study on the Environmental Investigation and Assessment of a Tourist Site in Shanghai

研究对象为上海某旅游场所地块,该地块目前暂停营业,地块未来仍规划为商业服务业用地。为了保证人体健康,免受污染物的影响,需对该地块内土壤和地下水环境质量进行调查。地块内共布设了6个土壤监测点位,4个地下水监测点位。结果表明该地块土壤环境质量和地下水质量均满足后续开发要求。

The object of study is a tourism site plot in Shanghai,which is currently closed for business,the plot is still planned for the future business services land.In order to ensure human health and protection from pollutants,it is necessary to investigate the environmental quality of the soil and groundwater in the plot to ensure the safety of the development and utilization of the commercial service land.There are 6 soil monitoring sites and 4 groundwater monitoring sites in the plot.The results show that the soil environmental quality and groundwater quality meet the requirements subsequent development.
