摘要
目的探讨分层培训在医院中央运输科运送工人在职教育中的应用效果,为后期的推广应用提供参考。方法采取整群抽样的方法抽取2018年1月—2019年12月本院中央运输科226名运送工人作为研究对象,成立分层培训管理小组,将运送工人根据入职时间和学历分为N1、N2、N3、N4共4个等级,对各级运送人员根据中央运输科工作特点进行分层培训,收集分层培训前后理论考试成绩、技能操作成绩、患者和医务人员的满意度、运送工作中的不良事件和投诉的发生例数。结果分层培训实施后,理论考试成绩、技能操作成绩、医务人员和患者满意度得分均高于分层培训实施前,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);运送工作中的不良事件和投诉的发生例数均低于分层培训实施前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将分层培训应用到医院中央运输科运送工人的在职教育中可提高培训效果,提升运送质量,提高医务人员和患者的满意度。
Objective This study aimed to assess the effectiveness of hierarchical training on staffs’in-service education in the department of central transportation center,and hopefully to provide evidence for the later application.Methods Cluster sampling method was applied,and 226 staffs from central transport department of West China Hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were included.The specific methods of this study included:establishing a hierarchical training management team;dividing the staffs into four levels(N1,N2,N3 and N4)according to their entry time and education background;carrying out hierarchical training according to the characteristics of central transportation work to staffs at different levels;collecting the score of theory and skills examination,satisfaction of patients and medical staffs,occurrence of adverse events and complaints during transportation work before and after the hierarchical training.Results After the application of the hierarchical training,the scores of theory and skills examination,medical staffs and patients’satisfaction were all higher than those before the application of the hierarchical training,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events and complaints during the transportation work was reduced after the application of hierarchical training,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of hierarchical training on staffs’in-service education in the department of central transportation center in hospital can improve training efficiency and quality of transfer working,as well as improve the satisfaction of medical staffs and patients.
