新疆公共卫生医师岗位胜任力影响因素调查研究

A Study on the Influencing Factors of Post Competency of Public Health Doctors in Xinjiang

目的构建新疆公共卫生执业医师岗位胜任力模型,了解新疆公共卫生执业医师岗位胜任力的影响因素,为医学院校在校教育改革及毕业后教育提供科学依据。方法采用分层整群抽样的方法对新疆8个地区医疗卫生机构(疾病预防控制中心的、妇幼保健院及职业病医院等)的450名公共卫生专业从业人员发放问卷,采用因子分析法进行数据分析。结果最终获得有效问卷396份,通过因子分析对新疆不同特征调查对象的六大胜任力主因子进行分析,得到职称、工作时间2个因素对岗位胜任力有影响(P<0.05)。结论新疆公共卫生执业医师岗位胜任力影响因素为医学院校公共卫生专业本科及研究生教育及培养、工作招聘及毕业后教育等均提供了依据与参考。

Objective To construct the post competency model of xinjiang public health practitioners,understand the influencing factors of the post competency of xinjiang public health practitioners,and provide scientific basis for the school education reform and post graduation education of medical colleges.Methods Using stratified cluster sampling method,450 public health professionals from 8 medical and health institutions(Centers for disease control and prevention,maternal and child health care hospitals and occupational disease hospitals)in xinjiang were sent out questionnaires,and the data were analyzed by factor analysis.Results 396 valid questionnaires were obtained.Through factor analysis,the author analyzed the six main factors of winning positions in different characteristics of xinjiang,and found that two factors,job title and working time,had an impact on post competency(P<0.05).Conclusion The influencing factors of post competency of public health practitioners in xinjiang provide basis and reference for undergraduate and postgraduate education,job recruitment and post graduation education of public health major in medical colleges and universities.
