Application of PBL Combined With LBL in Teaching of Anorectal Bowel in Traditional Chinese Medicine in General Hospitals

摘要 目的探讨以问题为基础教学法(PBL)结合传统的讲授教学法(LBL)教学模式在综合性医院中医肛肠科临床实习教学的应用效果。方法选取2018年7月—2019年6月统一来四川大学华西医院中西医结合痔瘘病房实习的临床医学本科生72名为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组(n=36,LBL教学方法)和试验组(n=36,PBL结合LBL教学模式),实习时间为1个月。学习结束后,分别考核学生的理论成绩及操作技能,比较学生对教学满意度的主观评价及专家对教学效果的评定,以此来评估教学效果。结果试验组本科生考核后专业理论知识、临床操作技能评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组本科生对于教学方法提升自身学习兴趣、临床思维能力、文献查阅能力、自学能力、创新性的满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组专家对教学效果的评价高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论PBL结合LBL教学模式在综合性医院中医肛肠科临床实习教学中应用效果较好,有利于提高教学效果和学生综合素质。 Objective To explore the application effect of the problembased teaching method(PBL)combined with the traditional teaching method(LBL)in the clinical practice teaching of anorectal and bowel in traditional Chinese medicine in general hospitals.Methods From July 2018 to June 2019,72 undergraduates of clinical medicine who came to Sichuan University West China Hospital’s Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Hemorrhoid Fistula Ward for internship were selected as study subjects,and they were divided into control groups according to the random number table method(n=36,LBL teaching method)and experimental group(n=36,PBL combined with LBL teaching mode),the internship time is 1 month.After the study,the students’theoretical scores and operating skills are assessed separately,and the subjective evaluation of student satisfaction with teaching and the evaluation of teaching effects by experts are compared to evaluate the teaching effect.Results The scores of professional theoretical knowledge and clinical operation skills of undergraduates in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The undergraduates in the experimental group were higher than the control group in their satisfaction with teaching methods to improve their own learning interest,clinical thinking ability,literature review ability,selflearning ability,and innovation(P<0.05).The evaluation of the teaching effect by the experts in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of PBL combined with LBL teaching model in the clinical practice teaching of anorectal bowel in traditional Chinese medicine in general hospitals has a good effect,which is conducive to improving the teaching effect and the comprehensive quality of students.
