CBL教学法在血液科教学查房中的应用 被引量:17

摘要 随着基础医学尤其是细胞生物学和基因组学不断发展,血液系统疾病具有知识更新快,专业性强,内容抽象等特点,临床实习医生在血液科学习积极性不高,参与度低,学习效果欠佳,是临床实习教学的难点。医学院校的教学查房是学生在临床实习阶段将医学理论知识与临床具体实践相结合的重要途径,是一种重要的传授知识方法。我科将CBL教学法应用于血液系统疾病的日常教学查房中,让学生获得体验式的学习过程,激发学生学习的兴趣,鼓励学生主动思考探索,培养不断修正自我的临床思维能力和执业技能,树立正确的职业素养,帮助完成从理论到实践的过渡,获得良好的教学效果。 Recent advances in the basic medical sciences, particularly cell biology and genomics, have great promise for the future development of all aspects of hematological practice. The content of Hematology has some characteristics of updated quickly, specialized, and abstract to comprehend and so on, and which lead to it is difficult for many medical students to learn and participate. Therefore, it has become the difficult and major point of education work. As an important part of medical education, clinical teaching round is an important period for medical students to become doctors, in which they integrate theory with practice. Case based learning was applied to daily teaching round in our department. Through the experiential learning styles, the stimulation interest, the transformation form, causes the medical interns to have the strong interest to the content of Hematology. And the CBL method is helpful to guide the medical interns main body get into participation, the initiative ponder, the driving exploration, and initiative creation ability, and which can help foster the self-examination clinical thinking and problem-solving ability, the excellent operation skill and good professional qualities. As a result, this teaching mode has a good result in the hematological practice.
