摘要
PBL是以问题为导向的教学方法,现在PBL医学教育是我国医学教育改革探索的新方向。在医学影像教学实践中,PBL教学法的优点如下:首先,学生们能够在轻松、热烈的氛围下自主学习;其次,由教师提出问题,学生围绕问题独立收集资料,小组讨论,发现问题并解决问题,达到培养学生自主学习能力和创新能力的目的;第三,它可锻炼学生文献检索、查阅资料的能力;归纳总结、深入理解的能力;逻辑推理、口头表达的能力;主导学习、终身学习的能力等,这些将对今后开展临床工作打下良好基础。当然PBL教学中也存在一些问题:第一、教师及教室的数量严重不足,难于大面积推广PBL的教学模式。第二、学生组员之间组合有一定的难度。第三,组长的领导力不够。第四、个别学生配合度不够。第五,评价项目需要多样化。总体来说,PBL教学模式是有优点,也有缺点,这就要求我们广大教师在实行这个教育模式的时候要注意扬长避短,这样会达到更好的效果。
PBL is a problem-based teaching method.Now PBL medical education is a new direction of medical education reform in China.In the practice of medical image teaching,the advantages of PBL are as follows:firstly,students can study independently in a relaxed and warm atmosphere;secondly,teachers put forward questions,students collect data independently around questions,discuss in groups,find and solve problems,so as to achieve the purpose of cultivating students’independent learning ability and innovation ability;thirdly,it can exercise students’literature examination The ability of searching and consulting data,summarizing and understanding deeply,logical reasoning and oral expression,leading learning and lifelong learning will lay a good foundation for clinical work in the future.Of course,there are also some problems in PBL Teaching:first,the number of teachers and classrooms is seriously insufficient,so it is difficult to promote the PBL teaching mode in a large area.Second,there is a certain difficulty in the combination of student groups.Thirdly,the leader’s leadership is not enough.Fourth,the cooperation degree of individual students is not enough.Fifth,evaluation projects need to be diversified.Generally speaking,PBL teaching mode has both advantages and disadvantages,which requires our teachers to pay attention to the advantages and disadvantages when implementing this education mode,so as to achieve better results.
