本科生导师制在影像技术专业实习中的应用与评价 被引量:7

摘要 目的探讨导师制对医学影像技术专业学生实习阶段的应用价值。方法选取大连医科大学2018年6月—2019年6月在本院实习的医学影像技术专业32名大四学生作为研究对象,随机平均分成对照组、试验组两组,每组16人,对照组为传统带教模式,不采用导师制;试验组采用导师制。比较两组学生的理论考试、临床实践考核和主观问卷调查结果。结果试验组的理论考试、临床实践考核和主观问卷调查结果均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论导师制带教模式在培养医学影像技术专业实习生过程中发挥了重要作用,具有同时促进学生实习质量和老师带教质量的双重价值。 Objective To explore the application value of the tutorial system to the internship stage of medical imaging technology students.Methods A total of 32 senior students of medical imaging technology who were internship in our hospital from June 2018 to June 2019 in Dalian Medical University were selected as subjects.They were randomly split into control group and experimental group,with 16 people in each group.For the traditional teaching model,the tutorial system is not used;the experimental group adopts the tutor system.The theoretical examination,clinical practice assessment and subjective questionnaire survey results of the two groups of students were compared.Results The theoretical examination,clinical practice assessment and subjective questionnaire survey results of the experimental group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The tutorial system has played an important role in the training of medical imaging technology interns.It has the dual value of promoting the quality of students’internship and the quality of teaching.
